Payment policy

Tíc Cơ accepts payment by bank transfer.

• After placing an order, you receive an order code (e.g. TC00001) along with our account details and a QR code.
• Transfer the exact amount with the order code as the transfer note.
• Tíc Cơ checks the payment and contacts you to confirm within 24 working hours.
• Orders not paid within 48 hours will be cancelled.

Tíc Cơ will never ask for your password, OTP code or card details.
