Terms of purchase

• Prices are listed in VND, including/excluding VAT; shipping is shown at checkout.
• An order is confirmed once Tíc Cơ has received full payment. If an item sells out after you've paid, Tíc Cơ will contact you to swap it or refund 100%.
• Product photos may differ slightly in colour depending on your screen.

Complaints: send them to ticcoo.studio@gmail.com or phone with your order code; Tíc Cơ replies within 48 hours. If we can't reach an agreement, disputes are settled under Vietnamese law.
