Returns policy

• Exchanges/returns within 7 days of delivery if: the product has a manufacturing defect, the wrong item/quantity was delivered, or it was damaged in transit.
• Conditions: tags/packaging intact, unused; an unboxing video (recommended) or photos of the defect.
• Tíc Cơ covers return shipping when the fault is ours.
• Not eligible for exchange/return: discounted / made-to-order items.
• Refunds (if any) are made by bank transfer within 3–5 working days after Tíc Cơ receives the item back.
